To be considered eligible for Adult Residential Behavioral Health Services, candidates must be 18 years of age or older and must be diagnosed with a mental health diagnosis and have demonstrated difficulty in social adjustment and interpersonal relationships, which preclude them from living independently.

The Adult Residential Behavioral Health Services receives all referrals from the County Office of Behavioral Health in which the program is located.  Elwyn can not accept private referrals or referrals from other agencies without prior county approval. As the program receives it's funding from the County Offices, all referrals will be completed and approved by the identified County representative.
