Adults over the age of 18 who have a primary psychiatric diagnosis and require extended services for 3 to 6 hours a day, for 2 to 5 days a week may be referred to the Social Rehabilitation Program for evaluation. Clients may have concurrent complicating conditions, such as mild-to-moderate mental retardation or substance abuse problems. Clients must live in Philadelphia County.

Social Rehabilitation is funded by Philadelphia County.
