Adults over the age of 18 who have a primary psychiatric diagnosis may be referred to the Vocational Rehabilitation Program for evaluation. Clients may have concurrent complicating conditions, such as mild mental retardation or substance abuse problems. Clients must live in Philadelphia County.

Vocational Rehabilitation Services are funded by Philadelphia County.
