To be considered eligible for Extended Assessment Programs, the child must have a mental health diagnosis and a psychological evaluation recommending these services.

Referrals can be made by the family, school, Children and Youth Services/Department of Human Services and other providers.

Funding for the Extended Assessment Programs is provided by Magellan Behavioral Health.
