Elwyn’s Foster Care array of programs serves males and females, ages birth to 21 years of age, with mental health challenges and co-occurring developmental disabilities.

Funding is provided by Medicaid Managed Care (CBH, Magellan, CCBH) and County Children, Youth & Families Agencies (Delaware County CYS, Philadelphia DHS).
