One of Elwyn’s living options for adults with developmental disabilities is the Campus Intermediate Care Facility for people with Mental Retardation (ICF/MR). Located in Media, Pennsylvania, in suburban Philadelphia, our scenic campus extends over 400 acres and includes a wide spectrum of high-level residential supports in a home-like environment.

This comprehensive program for adults with developmental disabilities is designed to promote active treatment. Often Peer Groups are formed based on age and abilities, ranging from those who have severe medical or behavioral challenges to those who may not need those supports but require 24-hour attention due to increasing age, level of independence, or other factors.  Included in the program are:
