About Elwyn

Stacie Johnson

Vice President of Employee Engagement and Development

Stacie Johnson is Elwyn’s first Vice President of Employee Engagement and Development. She has a passion for helping others and has dedicated over 30 years of her career serving and supporting children and families in human services, juvenile justice, and child welfare programs. She also taught adult learners at a private, for-profit university in Philadelphia. Stacie served as the executive director of Family Support Services, a former Elwyn affiliate. There, she and her team operated child welfare, early intervention, and before and after school programs. Stacie is the chairperson of the Children’s Services DEI Committee and is a member of the DEI Steering Committee. Stacie earned a BS in Administration of Justice from Pennsylvania State University and an MS in Administration from Shippensburg University. She is a native Philadelphian and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
