Elwyn is expanding its services and capabilities on its headquarters campus in Media to meet the growing needs of the community. Delaware County awarded Elwyn the RFP to run this new program focused on adults ages 18-26. The program will help to bridge the gap between children and adult residential treatment services. Transitional age youth have the unique experience of just beginning the journey of managing their mental health. The RTF will allow young adults with acute symptoms of mental illness to receive treatment in the most normalized and least disruptive environment in order to reach their goals to move onto a less restrictive level of community support.
