Who’s Eligible
Making a Referral
Children and adults are referred for Outpatient Services through Medicaid managed care organizations, Community Behavioral Health (CBH), or Magellan Behavioral Health (MBH). Children can also be referred through the child welfare and education systems.
Funding
Participants must either be eligible for Medicaid or be a member of Community Behavioral Health or Magellan Behavioral Health.

Directions
Services are offered at the Elwyn Philadelphia location at 4040 Market Street and are easily accessed by public transportation. Hours of operations are 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Parking
Off-street parking is also available at 41st and Market Streets.
