Description of Services
Elwyn offers a full range of assessment, therapeutic, and daily living supports to children, youth and their families to promote skill development, to ameliorate behavioral and emotional problems, and to maximize potential. Our continuum of services ranges from residential care, to community care, to family support services designed to prevent placement away from home. Campus based programs are delivered on our campus near Media, PA. Our other services are delivered through our sites in Philadelphia, Delaware, and Chester Counties in Pennsylvania. We also serve youth and families from surrounding Pennsylvania Counties including Bucks, Montgomery, York/Adams, and Berks and from New Jersey and Delaware. Our continuum of services includes: - Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) – A campus based facility for children and adolescents with mental health and mental retardation challenges.
- Mental Retardation Residential Services (MR Residential) – A campus based residential service for children, youth and adults.
- Community Living Arrangement (CLA) – Living arrangements for children and youth with mental retardation, many of whom also have mental health challenges.
- Community Residential Rehabilitation (CRR) - Foster care services for children and adolescents with mental health, or mental health and mental retardation (MH/MR) challenges.
- Treatment Foster Care (TFC) - Services for children and adolescents with mental health and MH/MR challenges.
- Foster Family Care (FFC) - Services for children separated from biological families.
- Parents And Children Together (PACT) – A program offering parent support and training to prevent placement or enhance prompt, successful parent –child reunification.
- Clinical Visitation – Family visitation and training supports to enhance family reunification or enhance prompt permanency planning.
