Who’s Eligible
To be eligible for an ICF/MR program, an individual must have a diagnosis of mental retardation. Currently, Elwyn’s Campus ICF/MR programs have a capacity to serve 307 individuals.
Making a Referral
To participate in the ICF/MR program, agencies must operate in compliance with a set of federal and state regulations.
Funding
The ICF/MR program is funded through Medicare, requiring individuals to meet Medicaid financial requirements.
