May 8  SEEDS 10th AnniversaryFor 10 years, Elwyn has had the MAWA (or contract) with the Pennsylvania Department of Education to provide preschool special education to eligible children in Philadelphia. The SEEDS 10th Anniversary will be celebrated at the Pyramid Club, 1735 Market Street, Philadelphia, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
May 15  Elwyn Genetics'Celebrate the Spirit of Difference'. Join us for Elwyn Genetics' first fundraising event. Elwyn's prestigious Dorothea Lynde Dix Humanitarian Award will be presented to Rick Guidotti, founder of Positive Exposure, a nonprofit doing remarkable photography celebrating genetic diversity. Bergdorf Goodman BG Restaurant, 754 Fifth Avenue - 7th floor, New York NY. 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm. Wine, hors d'oeuvres and a silent auction. Proceeds will benefit Elwyn Genetics and Positive Exposure. Jun 21  ARBHS Beef & BeverageAdult Residential Behavioral Health Annual Fundraiser ARBHS will host a beef and beverage fundraiser at Maggie O'Neills in Drexel Hill from 4pm until 8pm on Saturday, June 21st 2008. Tickets are $25 per person and include food, beer, wine, and soft drinks. There will also be a silent auction, raffle, door prizes and 50/50 drawings. Come out for a night of socializing, win some great prizes and help raise money for a good cause. Proceeds to benefit the residents of the Adult Residential Behavioral Health Program.
