Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Len Kirby is Elwyn’s Chief Operating Officer. As Chief Operating Officer of Elwyn, Len collaborates with the CEO to develop, plan, and execute the organization's strategic direction. With a focus on operational excellence, Len oversees the company’s day-to-day functions, drives alignment between executive leadership and organizational goals, and ensures effective communication of operational strategies across all levels.
In addition to his leadership in core operations, Len provides oversight for critical support services, including real estate, facility management, and healthcare services.
Len is a seasoned behavioral health executive and has over 25 years of experience in adolescent and adult behavioral health, as well as IDD services. His expertise in these areas has been instrumental in advancing Elwyn’s mission and enhancing service delivery for the individuals and communities it serves.
