Program Description
Elwyn offers comprehensive outpatient mental health services for adults (18+), including psychiatry, therapy, and counseling provided in both individual and group settings. Our outpatient behavioral health programs support individuals in managing mental health conditions while maintaining daily routines, with personalized care designed to promote stability, recovery, and overall well-being.
Program Components
- Intake includes a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation (required for all services)
- Diagnostic evaluations, assessments, and testing
- Individual and group therapy
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with specialty clinicians
- Individual and group DBT for ages 14+
- Medication management and monitoring
- Spravato® Clinic

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based treatment that helps adolescents and adults manage emotions, cope with stress, improve relationships, and build healthier ways of responding to life's challenges. At Elwyn, our experienced behavioral health clinicians provide personalized DBT to help individuals develop practical skills for lasting emotional wellness.
Spravato Treatment
Elwyn’s Spravato® clinics offer FDA-approved treatment for adults with treatment-resistant depression, helping reduce symptoms when other antidepressants have not been effective. Administered as a nasal spray in a controlled clinical setting, Spravato® is provided under close medical supervision as part of a comprehensive care plan. Due to potential risks and side effects, treatment is only available through the SPRAVATO® REMS program to ensure safety and ongoing monitoring.
