Program Overview
Elwyn provides comprehensive adult outpatient mental health services for individuals aged 18 and older experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, behavioral health challenges, and other mental health conditions. Our experienced psychiatrists, therapists, counselors, and behavioral health professionals deliver personalized treatment through individual and group services that help people improve their mental health while continuing to work, attend school, and maintain their daily routines. Every treatment plan is tailored to each individual's needs, goals, and strengths to promote lasting recovery, independence, and overall well-being.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based treatment that helps adolescents and adults manage emotions, cope with stress, improve relationships, and build healthier ways of responding to life's challenges. At Elwyn, our experienced behavioral health clinicians provide personalized DBT to help individuals develop practical skills for lasting emotional wellness.
Spravato® Treatment for Treatment-Resistant Depression
Elwyn's Spravato® treatment program offers an FDA-approved option for adults living with treatment-resistant depression when traditional antidepressant medications have not provided sufficient relief. Spravato® is administered as a nasal spray under close medical supervision in a safe clinical setting and is integrated into a comprehensive behavioral health treatment plan. Participation in therapy through Elwyn’s Outpatient Program is required for individuals receiving Spravato® services, helping ensure treatment is supported by ongoing behavioral health care. Because of potential side effects, treatment is available exclusively through the SPRAVATO® REMS Program, ensuring ongoing monitoring and patient safety.
