Community Mobile Crisis Response Team (CMCRT)
The Community Mobile Crisis Response Team (CMCRT) provides 24/7 in-person mental health crisis response throughout Philadelphia. As part of the Philadelphia Crisis Line, our trained crisis professionals respond directly in the community to assess situations, de-escalate crises, develop safety plans, and connect individuals to ongoing mental health and community support services.

Children’s Mobile Crisis Team
The Children’s Mobile Crisis Team provides rapid response mental health support for children and young people up to age 21 who are experiencing a behavioral or emotional crisis. Services focus on stabilizing the situation, supporting families, and connecting youth to ongoing care.
Following an initial referral, the team provides short-term crisis stabilization and case management for up to 72 hours to help ensure immediate safety and support.

The Warm Line
The Warm Line offers free, confidential emotional support for adults (18+) in Delaware County who are experiencing mental health challenges but are not in crisis. Staffed by Certified Peer Specialists, the Warm Line provides a safe, understanding space to talk, problem-solve, and get connected to helpful resources.

Mobile Crisis for Law Enforcement (MCLE)
Elwyn’s Mobile Crisis for Law Enforcement (MCLE) is a police co-responder program serving Upper Darby and Haverford Township. Our teams—made up of mental health professionals and Certified Peer Specialists—partner with local police to respond to mental health-related 911 calls.
MCLE provides on-site, compassionate support for individuals of all ages, addressing mental health crises, substance use, homelessness, and other urgent needs through a collaborative, solution-focused approach.
