Program Description
Elwyn's Early Learning Services (ELS) provide comprehensive Preschool Early Intervention services for young children with developmental delays and disabilities. Through individualized support, family partnership, and evidence-based practices, we help children build communication, social, cognitive, motor, and daily living skills that prepare them for success in school and beyond. Each year, Elwyn supports nearly 10,000 children, empowering families and helping every child reach their unique developmental goals.

Families living in Philadelphia County or the Chester-Upland School District can connect with Elwyn Early Learning Services by calling our team to speak directly with a representative. You can also submit a referral through our convenient online referral form to begin the Preschool Early Intervention process.
