米歇尔·库克塔

Michelle Kukta is a strategic and results-driven HR executive with more than 20 years of experience in human resources, payroll, and HR systems operations. In July 2025, Michelle was promoted to Vice President of HR Operations at Elwyn, where she leads efforts to streamline systems and enhance the overall employee experience through process excellence and operational efficiency.

Since joining Elwyn in 2014, Michelle has been a driving force behind HR transformation. Over the years, she has built high-performing teams, led major HR technology implementations, and developed scalable solutions to support a workforce of more than 4,000 employees. As Elwyn continues to evolve its HR structure around the core priorities of People Excellence and Process Excellence, Michelle leads the operations arm of this strategy – ensuring systems work seamlessly, processes are intuitive, and employees feel supported at every stage of their journey.

Michelle holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications and has completed specialized training in HR Analytics. She is currently continuing her education in Human Resources Management through Capella University. A 2019 Employee of the Year nominee and current Chair of Elwyn’s Women’s Group, Michelle is a passionate advocate for equity, inclusion, and leadership development. Outside of work, she volunteers at her local YMCA and lives in Chester County, Pennsylvania, with her family.
