Kristen Guilfoyle

Kristen Guilfoyle serves as Vice President of Marketing and Growth for Elwyn, where she leads the organization's enterprise growth strategy, business development initiatives, marketing, and strategic partnerships. In this role, she oversees efforts to expand Elwyn's reach, strengthen partnerships, and increase access to high-quality services for individuals and families in the communities Elwyn serves.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience in behavioral health, intellectual and developmental disabilities, healthcare administration, quality improvement, and organizational strategy, her experience spans both service delivery and growth. Throughout her career, she has led the services organizations provide and the strategies that drive their expansion—a career path that continues to shape her approach to broadening access to services in ways that advance an organization's mission.

Since joining Elwyn in 2021, Kristen has served as Executive Director of Adult Behavioral Health and Executive Director of Strategic Growth. Prior to joining Elwyn, she spent nearly two decades with Fellowship Health Resources (FHR), where she served in several executive leadership positions, including Regional Director. She has been instrumental in launching and expanding behavioral health, residential, crisis, housing, and community-based services while building strong partnerships with healthcare systems, government agencies, managed care organizations, and community stakeholders.

Kristen earned a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saint Anselm College.
