Elwyn’s Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) provides short-term, facility-based care for adults experiencing psychiatric emergencies, offering a structured alternative to hospitalization or a step-down from hospital care.

- 24/7 staffing, including awake overnight staff
- Short-term stabilization in a safe, structured setting
- Focus on recovery, resiliency, and transition to lower levels of care
Ocean State Outreach
Elwyn’s Ocean State Outreach program provides specialized clinical care and coordinated support for adults living with severe and persistent mental illness through both community- and office-based services.

- Integrated Health Home (IHH) and ACT model approaches
- Outpatient services and Spravato treatment
- Person-centered, recovery-focused care
- Support for independence and daily living skills
Supported Living Residences
Locations: Cranston, Providence
Elwyn’s Supported Living Residences offer affordable housing and comprehensive support in safe, stable environments for adults living with severe and persistent mental illness.
Features:
- Affordable supportive housing
- Person-centered care aligned with the health home model
- Staffed daily from 8 AM–9 PM
- Emergency on-call support overnight
