About Supported Employment
Elwyn’s Supported Employment services support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in finding, securing, and maintaining competitive, community-based employment aligned with their interests and strengths.
Employment specialists partner with individuals throughout the process—from early career exploration and job development through placement and ongoing support—to promote confidence, independence, and long-term success at work.
