Bruce M. Rice, Jr.

Senior Vice President of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

Bruce M. Rice, Jr. is our first Senior Vice President of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) Services. In this role he oversees the mission and operations of almost 2,000 supported individuals and over 2,500 employees in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and California.

A seasoned healthcare leader with over 10 years of experience in the behavioral health and primary care field, Bruce most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer of Fairmount Behavioral Health within Universal Health Services, Inc. where he led the transformation and revitalization of multiple departments. In addition, he has held administrative and clinical roles for a variety of health systems in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  

Bruce received his master's degree and bachelors’ degree in business administration from Strayer University. Born in New Jersey and an active part of the community, Bruce is an elected member of the Board of Education for his township, a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., and a Lean Six Sigma Green belt.
