Dennis Morgan
With 23 years of experience in human services, Dennis is a future-focused leader known for building innovative and successful programs. He formerly served as senior vice president at Bancroft, where he played a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives through mergers and acquisitions, as well as the development of new business lines. He also contributed significantly to the design of a state-of-the-art school for children with autism.
Dennis' history of leadership extends its impact across programs for children and adults, including day, residential, and mobile services. His involvement as Board Treasurer for both the National Association of Special Education Centers (NAPSEC) and the New Jersey Association of Approved Private Schools (ASAH) underscores his commitment to the field. Dennis holds a BA in elementary education and psychology from King's College, a Master of Sciences in educational leadership from St. Joseph's University, and an MBA from Villanova University. He proudly served 23 years with the 111th Attack Wing of the Pennsylvania Air National Guard, retiring as a Major after six years as Military Equal Opportunity Director.
Dennis is passionate about positively influencing the future of our youth through the sport of wrestling and volunteers as a board member of the Upper Darby Wrestling Association, a non-profit he co-founded. He lives in Medford, NJ, with his wife, daughter, and beloved pup.
