Laurie Tompkins

Vice President of Corporate Quality

Laurie has focused her career on improving the quality of services nonprofits and government entities provide. She spent the last 7 years as the Director of Risk Management at Bancroft where she supervised a team that responded to incidents, completed investigations, made process improvement recommendations, oversaw residential and day program licensing, conducted root cause analysis, and developed employee safety initiatives. Laurie is a lawyer, and she also managed all litigation and subpoena responses for Bancroft. Prior to Bancroft, Laurie spent 13 years as an attorney with the State of New Jersey and City of Philadelphia.
