Marguerite Kraftson Fell

Senior Vice President of Advancement

Marguerite “Meg” Kraftson Fell is Elwyn’s Senior Vice President of Advancement overseeing fundraising and communications activities. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Meg is a Certified Fund Raising Executive with more than 20 years of experience in the field. Over the course of her career, she has led transformational fundraising campaigns totaling over $200 million. Before joining Elwyn, Meg held leadership roles at Sheppard Pratt Health System, the University of Maryland, the League for People with Disabilities, and the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Meg was recently honored as one of 30 Women of Influence by the Philadelphia Business Journal and was one of Maryland’s Top 100 Women in 2017 just before she moved back home to Philadelphia. Meg is a Trustee of the Audrey S. Knewstub Foundation and an active volunteer with St. David’s Episcopal Church and several animal rescue organizations.
