Rex Carney

Rex Carney is Elwyn’s Chief of Staff, responsible for the organization’s external relationships with the public sector, the media and other key stakeholders.  Rex has more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership and government experience, including executive positions in human services and the national service community including serving as the Press Secretary for U.S. Senator Patty Murray and other positions within federal and state government.  He received a BA in Political Science from the University of Washington.
