Stacie Johnson

Vice President of Employee Engagement and Development

Stacie Johnson is Elwyn’s first Vice President of Employee Engagement and Professional Development, bringing over 30 years of experience in human services, juvenile justice, and child welfare. Passionate about supporting children and families, she has dedicated her career to creating meaningful, lasting impact in these fields.

Stacie served as Executive Director of Family Support Services, a former Elwyn affiliate, where she led programs in child welfare, early intervention, and before- and after-school care. She also has experience in higher education, having taught adult learners at a private university in Philadelphia.

In her current role, Stacie leads Elwyn’s Professional Development Department, implementing training programs that enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and career progression. She is deeply committed to creating a learning culture that supports continuous growth and development across the organization. She also finds great joy in engaging with employees at all levels, fostering connections, and creating great employee experiences.

A proud native of Philadelphia, Stacie holds a BS in Administration of Justice from Pennsylvania State University and an MS in Administration from Shippensburg University. She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.
