Elwyn Celebrates 862 Employees Reaching Service Milestones in 2026

From growing careers to decades of service, this year’s milestones celebrate the people behind Elwyn’s mission.

There’s a lot to celebrate across Elwyn this year.

862 employees are being recognized for reaching a service milestone in 2026, representing years of experience, growth, and contributions across Elwyn’s programs and communities.

As part of Elwyn’s Service Milestone Cash Bonus Program, eligible employees will receive $250 to $1,500, based on their milestone year — one way Elwyn is recognizing the time, talent, and experience employees bring to their work.

And behind those 862 milestones are 862 different experiences.

For Denise Cole, Director of Quality Improvement for Elwyn Adult Behavioral Health, her 25-year milestone reflects a career spent helping programs grow, building partnerships, and strengthening the quality of services provided to the people Elwyn supports.

When asked what has kept her motivated throughout her career at Elwyn, Denise pointed to “the sense of family.”

“I have forged partnerships both inside and outside of Elwyn just by doing my job,” Denise shared. “I am grateful for the opportunity to serve our programs and clients every day and to watch our programs grow and succeed.”

Across Elwyn, employees work in direct support, behavioral health, intellectual and developmental disabilities services, education, clinical services, and support roles. Their careers may look different, but each plays a role in helping Elwyn deliver services to children, adults, and families across the communities we serve.
