Lori Gallagher

Director of Professional Development

Lori joined the Elwyn ELS team in April 2022 and has served in various leadership roles within Pennsylvania Early Intervention prior to this time. Currently, Lori is serving Elwyn ELS as the Director of Professional Development, a role that allows her to live her passion of supporting early childhood and early intervention professionals in providing quality services to young children and their families. Lori started her career in Early Childhood Education and went on to earn her Master’s degree from Villanova University in Counseling and Human Services.  Lori has served in various Director positions over the years including Associate Executive Director of Sunny Days, an Early Intervention provider operating in multiple Counties in the Southeast Region of the State.  Lori also held the position of Director of the Infant Toddler Early Intervention Program for Chester County for 10 years, followed by other leadership positions for nationally based organizations.  Lori’s passion in the field include the implementation of quality educational initiatives and professional development of those who are supporting our most vulnerable and youngest members of society, and partnering with families and community stakeholders to promote cohesion for the future trajectory of our youth. Lori is a native to Havertown in Delaware County and now resides in Chester County with her husband and two wonderful children.
