After joining Elwyn in 2019 as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Jennifer was promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer and most recently to Chief Strategy Officer. Jennifer is a great strategic thinker and has significant M&A experience from her time before human services. Prior to joining Elwyn, Jennifer served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the Bryn Mawr Trust Company, where she set the strategic direction of the Human Resources Department and the people strategy for the organization including talent acquisition, talent development, total rewards, and organizational development. Her career includes leadership positions in Medicaid, Financial Services, and Retail. Jennifer helped lead the AmeriHealth Caritas HR team to winning HR Department of the Year. Jennifer is certified in MBTI, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect and Succession Planning tools, Achieve Global, Negotiation Skills, and Diversity programs. She holds a BS in Organizational Communications and Training.
