Beth Caraccio

Senior Vice President of IDD Services

With more than 27 years of experience in the human services field, Beth has devoted her career to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities lead meaningful, independent lives. Her leadership is guided by both strategic vision and a deep understanding of the complex needs of those served, shaping programs that uphold compassion and quality.

At Elwyn, Beth provides strategic and operational oversight for IDD services, partnering across departments and teams to strengthen programs, advance best practices, and ensure high-quality supports for individuals in the least restrictive and most fulfilling environments.

Beth’s experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities, mental illness, substance use disorders, and complex medical needs. Throughout her career, she has supported multiple states in transitioning from institutional to community-based care and has developed programs designed to safely serve individuals with significant behavioral and medical challenges in community settings.

Beth holds a graduate degree in Administration and an undergraduate degree in Education. She is married with two children and actively involved in her local community.
