Jeremy Sunkett
Senior Vice President of Strategic Real Estate
Jeremy returned to Elwyn in 2024 from the commercial real estate sector, where he led an advisory services practice focused on health care and higher education. He originally joined the organization in 2022 as its first Vice President of Corporate Real Estate. During his five-year tenure, Jeremy established an enterprise real estate approach at Elwyn and developed its corporate real estate strategy. As part of this strategy, he oversaw the disposition of $45M in assets and initiated a 175-Year Master Plan for Elwyn’s Media Campus to elevate service delivery, strengthen the organization’s financial position and sustain its mission.
Jeremy’s prior experience includes real estate lead roles at Rowan University and the University of Delaware, working as a consultant at JLL and independently, and several economic development roles in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His diverse background has enabled him to work on projects in a variety of asset classes, geographies, and industries. These experiences have afforded Jeremy deep experience in the planning, design, construction, financing, and management of real estate as well broader economic and policy issues that impact the industry.
Jeremy earned a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the current District Council Chair for ULI Philadelphia. Jeremy is also a Senior Advisor with Econsult Solutions, Inc. in Philadelphia.
