Nikole Cabrey
Chief Financial Officer
Nikole Cabrey, CPA is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Elwyn. Since joining the organization in April 2018, she has held key leadership roles, first as Executive Finance Director and later as Vice President of Finance before being promoted to CFO in 2022.
With an extensive background in corporate finance, financial operations, and revenue cycle management, Nikole has been instrumental in driving change and improving financial strategies at Elwyn. Her leadership has enhanced financial efficiency, process automation, and fiscal sustainability across the organization.
Prior to Elwyn, Nikole served as Director of Finance at Doylestown Health System, where she led value enhancement initiatives to streamline processes and improve cycle times. She also worked at Grant Thornton as a manager in both the audit and healthcare advisory practices, advising health systems and non-profits on mergers and acquisitions, revenue cycle optimization, and financial transformation.
In 2024, Nikole was recognized as a Philadelphia Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree, celebrating her outstanding contributions to financial leadership and the non-profit sector.
Nikole is a graduate of Penn State University’s Smeal College of Business and currently lives in West Chester, PA, with her husband, Steve, and their two children.
