Regina M. MacKenzie
Chief Legal and Risk Officer
Regina M. MacKenzie is Elwyn’s Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Regina became Elwyn’s first in-house General Counsel in 2014 after having served as an external legal advisor to the organization for over 20 years as a member of the law firm Beatty Lincke.
Regina serves as the organization’s chief legal advisor and along with the Associate General Counsel, provides day-to-day legal support to the organization and its employees and supervises outside counsel. Regina provides guidance to Elwyn leaders and board members regarding legal, risk, and compliance matters affecting the organization and, as a member of the Executive Team, leads and collaborates on strategic projects.
Regina built Elwyn’s Legal, Risk, and Compliance Department from the ground up and currently leads a team of legal, risk, compliance and incident coordination and investigation personnel.
Prior to joining Elwyn, Regina represented human service agencies, schools, municipalities, and corporations in private practice in Delaware and Chester Counties.
Regina received her undergraduate degree from St. Joseph’s University and her JD from Temple University School of Law.
