The 46th Annual Elwyn Ball For more than 40 years, Ed and Ellen Goss have been part of the Elwyn community as parents, partners, and dedicated advocates. Their connection to Elwyn began through their son, Steven, a longtime Elwyn campus resident. What started as a search for the right support for their family quickly became something deeper. From the beginning, Ed and Ellen felt welcomed and embraced, not only as parents, but as part of the Elwyn community itself. |

Over the decades, Ed and Ellen have supported Elwyn in countless ways. Drawing on their professional backgrounds and invaluable expertise in healthcare and human services, they offered both leadership and hands-on support as Elwyn continued to grow. Together and individually, they have served on the Elwyn Board of Directors and committees, championed fundraising efforts, helped shape policies, organized meaningful celebrations, and strengthened connections between families and staff.
At the heart of their commitment is a deep respect for the direct support professionals who care for Steven each day. Knowing he is safe, valued, and supported has allowed their family to live fully — a gift they describe as a true lifeline.
Ed and Ellen see their work with Elwyn as a shared journey. As a team, they have grown alongside the organization and remain proud to represent a community that helps individuals and families reach their fullest potential.
Elwyn is honored to celebrate Ed and Ellen Goss, whose partnership and generosity continue to shape the lives, families, and future of our community.
