MEDIA, PA - June 4, 2026 - Titan CEO has named Jennifer Stryker, Senior Vice-President, Chief Strategy Officer of Elwyn a 2026 Philadelphia Titan 100 honoree.
The Titan 100 program recognizes Philadelphia's top 100 CEOs and C-level executives who demonstrate exceptional leadership, vision, and passion. Jennifer Stryker is a nationally recognized executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning publicly traded corporations and mission-driven nonprofit organizations. Known for her ability to drive transformational change, Jennifer has played a pivotal role in strengthening Elwyn’s workforce, modernizing critical infrastructure, and positioning the organization for long-term growth. She helped lead initiatives that resulted in historic frontline wage increases, the successful hiring of more than 6,000 employees over five years, and the implementation of innovative systems and benefits strategies that enhanced operational efficiency, employee engagement, and organizational sustainability. As Elwyn’s first Chief Strategy Officer, Jennifer oversees strategy, growth, marketing, communications, admissions, business development, and stakeholder engagement, and led the development of the organization’s five-year strategic plan designed to expand access to services and drive mission-focused growth. In 2025, she was named one of the Top 50 Women Chief Strategy Officers by Women We Admire, recognizing her exceptional leadership, vision, and lasting impact on the human services sector.
