Purpose driven growth encompasses both external and organic growth. External growth through affiliation or acquisition allows Elwyn to expand its reach, improve quality, and add financial value, with an anticipated goal of forming one to three affiliations each year. Organic growth focuses on enhancing Elwyn’s existing strengths to expand high-demand services, such as expanding children’s residential services, increasing adult behavioral health programming, growing supported employment services, broadening specialized home support, and enhancing educational offerings to create a seamless continuum of care.
