“A Toast to Elwyn” Event Honors Generosity and Support of Donors

“A Toast to Elwyn,” an annual donor appreciation event, is a meaningful evening focused on thanking supporters for their generosity in making Elwyn’s mission a reality. Held at Terrain Gardens, the evening is also an opportunity to share how Elwyn is making a difference in the lives of those in our care.

Elwyn was honored to have Kristen Posey, whose son Nick is a resident of Elwyn’s Addison Hines Children’s Residential Treatment and Learning Center, express with heartfelt words her firsthand experience with the organization.

“The Elwyn team showed their dedication from the start in figuring out all of Nick’s complexities,” Kristen said. “He was welcomed with open arms and open hearts. Not only has Elwyn given Nick a safe place to live … but Elwyn gave us a chance to breathe.”

Chuck McLister, Elwyn President & CEO, toasted all in attendance, thanking everyone for allowing the organization to further its mission and for their crucial role in creating a Forever Elwyn.
